But the small print at the bottom of the page tells you that the letter is published and distributed for the Liberal Democrat by-election candidate:

P.s., Thank you to everyone who has contacted us regarding this letter. While the sentiment may be that of the signatory, the attempt by Liberal Democrats, to conceal themselves as the publisher and distributor of the letter, apart from the very minimal denotation at the bottom of the page, is both deceitful and deliberately confusing, especially to those with sight impairment. We deplore this kind of electioneering. The outrage expressed, however, has probably been to the Green Party advantage.
